Vanilla wafer
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 can pie filling

Beat cheese until creamy. Add sugar, vanilla, eggs and beat well. Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of aluminum foil cupcake liner. Fill 1/2 full with mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes in 375 degrees. Cool. Top each cake with favorite pie filling, put a dab of whipped cream on top. Makes 16 cakes.
