EASY PEANUT BUTTER -
BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES
 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Rice Krispies cereal

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir mixture until well blended. Add cereal to mixture. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool and cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
