MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello (3 oz.)
1 c. liquid - use juice from oranges & water
1 tbsp. plain gelatin, soaked in 1/4 c. water
1 can frozen orange juice (sm., thawed)
1 flat can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Dissolve gelatin in water and let set. Drain oranges well. Add enough water and juice to make 1 cup and bring to boil. Pour over lemon and plain gelatin mixture. Stir well. Add orange juice. Refrigerate until thick. Add oranges, pineapple and pecans. Pour in molds or flat casserole. Serves 8.
