MEXICAN MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 c. packaged corn bread stuffing
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can chopped green chilies
1 egg
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix 1/2 can of tomato sauce with rest of ingredients. Shape into loaf. Bake for 1 hour. Spread remaining sauce over loaf. Bake for 5 minutes longer. Let loaf stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
