MEXICAN BEAN DIP | |
This is a taste as you go recipe, making it as hot or as cheesy as you like. The guys really like this! 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans with green chilies 1/2 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese (or more) 1/2 (15 oz.) jar mild or spicy salsa big splash of your favorite beer Put beans and cheese in glass baking dish and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, stopping to stir several times to get cheese melted. Pour in splash of beer to make mixture smooth, add salsa and put whole mixture back in microwave and continue to stir until all cheese is melted. Enjoy hot with Tostitos chips.
