SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. squash
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook, d rain and mash squash. Add all other ingredients and mix well. bake in a greased casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
