POTATO SALAD WITH CHOPPED HAM 
6 med. potatoes
5 boiled eggs
1 sm. onion
1 c. sweet pickle relish
1 c. chopped ham
1 can sliced olives
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 c. mustard/mayonnaise mixture (half and half)

Boil potatoes, dice into large bowl. Chop eggs and add. Chop onions and add along with sliced olives, pickle relish and chopped ham. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix together all ingredients with mustard/mayonnaise mixture.
