HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 sliced onions
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. canned tomato soup
1 1/2 c. canned corn
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 beaten egg yolk

Melt butter in pan and saut meat and onion until brown. Add soup and corn. Mix thoroughly. Pour in greased baking dish. Cover with potatoes. Brush top with egg yolk.

Bake in 450°F oven until brown.

One cup boiled macaroni mixed with 1/2 cup grated cheese may be substituted for corn.
