SAUSAGE EGG BRUNCH | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. pork sausage (Jimmy Dean) 3 c. herbed croutons 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 4 eggs, beaten 2 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk Butter 9x13 pan. Pour croutons in. Brown and drain sausage. Mix milk and eggs together. Add cheese and sausage. Pour over croutons. Refrigerate overnight. In A.M. pour soup and 1/2 cup milk over egg mixture. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 9 to 12 people. |
