COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 
12 oz. cottage cheese
2 c. of flour
2 sticks butter

1 tsp. of butter flavoring
Dash of salt

Divide into thirds. Chill overnight. Roll out, flour, and cut 4 x 6 crescents. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

1 c. of powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. milk
Vanilla

Mix, and glaze lightly.
