GRAHAM CRACKER CRUNCH 
Graham crackers (about 8)
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Line a cookie sheet with foil (on bottom and sides, too). Place graham crackers side by side, leaving no cracks. Melt butter, add sugar and nuts. Bring mixture to a boil, and boil for 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over graham crackers. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes; let cool. Break into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
