BAKED MASHED POTATOES 
4 c. water
6 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
6 c. potato flakes
1 tbsp. garlic salt
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) sour cream

Bring to boil first 4 ingredients. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Pour in boiled mixture a small amount at a time into cream cheese mixture. Add 2 cups at a time of potato flakes until all is mixed in. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Makes 12 servings.
