BROCCOLI AND CORN BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped drained broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butte
2 tsp. dehydrated or 1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper

TOPPING:

1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese

Oil or spray with Pam a 1 quart casserole or pie plate. Mix eggs, corn, broccoli, bread crumbs, onions, butter, and seasoning. Mix thoroughly. Pour in dish. Top with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
