PIZZA 
5 c. flour
2 c. very warm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. olive or other oil
2 pkgs. 'rapid rise' yeast
1 can pizza sauce
3 c. shredded Mozzarella
Toppings as desired

Mix together flour, salt, water, yeast and oil. Knead 5 minutes until smooth. Pour in oiled microwavable bowl and cover with paper towel. Microwave on very low (1 or 2) for 5-10 minutes turning every 2-3 minutes until dough has doubled. Punch dough down and shape or 2 (10x15 inch) cookie sheets. Top as desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
