1 bag pretzels, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together for crust and line a 9x12 pan. 1 1/2 c. milk 2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding

Mix together, then pour over crust. Freeze overnight. Spread Cool Whip on top and add chopped nuts.
