3 med. potatoes, boiled in skins, cooled, peeled and grated
1/2-1 c. onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
