BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8 potatoes, boiled, skinned and diced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. bacon, fried and drained
1/2 c. milk

Boil potatoes with skins on until done. Peel and dice. Add cheese, onions, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and 1/2 pound of chopped bacon. Spoon into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Drizzle the milk over the top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

The last few minutes top with 1/2 pound bacon strips that have already been fried and drained.
