SALTED PEANUT BARS 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus cake mix (yellow)
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
3 c. mini marshmallows
2/3 c. white corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
2 c. peanut butter chips
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. Spanish peanuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 3 ingredients into a crumbly mixture, and press into a 9"x13" pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Pour 3 cups mini marshmallows over crust and bake until puffy.

In a saucepan melt 2/3 cup white corn syrup, 1/4 cup butter, 2 cups peanut butter chips. Add 2 cups Rice Krispies and 2 cups Spanish peanuts and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Pour over marshmallows. Chill briefly and cut before completely cool.
