CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn (14 1/2 oz.)
1 can whole corn (14 1/2 oz.)
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter

Butter 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine butter, eggs and sour cream. Stir in Jiffy corn mix and then corn. Pour into baking dish. Bake 350 degree oven 30 to 40 minutes.
