COVER-UP ICING 
2 env. dry whipped topping mix (total of 3 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Beat first three ingredients until thick. Spread over cooled cake. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
