CHOCOLATE COVERED CREAMS | |
1 can Borden's Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 can angle flake coconut 1/4 lb. butter 2 c. pecans 6 c. powdered sugar 1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips 1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips 1 block paraffin Melt butter with nuts. Remove from stove and mix well with milk. Add coconut and stir in powdered sugar. Store in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Roll mixture into balls. Melt together chocolate chips and paraffin in top of double boiler. Drop balls into mixture. Remove with fork. Place on waxed paper. Makes many. |
