1 c. crushed pineapple 1 pkg. pistachio Jello pudding 1 lg. cream cheese 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 sm. carton Cool Whip Pour pineapple and juice in a square glass dish. Sprinkle Jello pudding on top. Mix well. Spread even in bottom of dish. Cut cream cheese in small pieces. Cover top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle pecans on top. |
