RUSSIAN CORN BREAD 
3 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 c. buttermilk
1 1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. oil
4 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs, beaten well

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
