BAKED CORN BREAD | |
1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. fine ground cornmeal 4 tbsp. cooking oil 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 1/2 c. buttermilk Mix together, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Rub top with butter, cook about 10 minutes longer. Remove from pan and cut into squares. |
