2 pkgs. frozen spinach
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. herbed stuffing
1/2 stick melted butter

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. In casserole, combine spinach, cream cheese and one half stick of butter. Top with herbed stuffing and one half stick of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees until hot. Serves 4 to 6.
