SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 boxes chopped spinach
1 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter
6 to 8 eggs
1/2 lb. shredded Colby cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
8 crescent rolls

Cook spinach and drain well. Saute onion in butter. Whip eggs and mix with spinach and cheeses. Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with crescent rolls. Pour spinach mixture onto rolls and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
