FILLED CUPCAKES 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 egg
1 c. mini chocolate chips

Prepare cake mix as directed. Fill 30 paper cups 2/3 full. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, salt, egg. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoon into each cupcake. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with cream cheese.

VARIATION: PEANUT BUTTER FILLED:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. milk

Combine in bowl, beat well. Place a rounded teaspoon cream cheese mixture in each cup. No need to frost.
