HASH - ANNETTE'S 
2 (15 oz.) cans Mary Kitchen Roast Beef
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. biscuit mix
Half of onion

Combine hash browns and 1 egg (beaten). Press in 9 1/2 inch pie pan. Sprinkle cheese, celery and half onion. Mix remaining eggs, biscuit mix and milk; drop on top. Bake 375 degrees, 35-40 minutes.
