WIENERS IN BAR-B-Q SAUCE | |
1 lg. onion, chopped 3 tbsp. Crisco or butter 3/4 c. catsup 2-3 tbsp. A-1 sauce 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. mustard 1 1/4 c. water 2 lbs. wieners Cook onion in butter slowly about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except wieners. Cook slowly. Wash wieners and cover with cold water. Bring to boil and simmer 1 hour covered. Drain wieners and slice. Drop into sauce and simmer until gravy is of right consistency. Serve over rice. |
