15-19 Oreo cookies (set aside 1 c.)
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. box chocolate or vanilla pudding
2 3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Crush cookies and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter and pour over Oreos. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Pour over Oreo and butter mixture. Mix pudding with milk according to directions on box. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Top pudding mixture with 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Sprinkle the 1 cup cookie crumbs on top. Chill at least 1 hour.
