LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1/2 lb. spinach
1 bunch green onions and tops, cut up
1 box frozen peas, uncooked
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

In a 9x13 inch serving dish, assemble above ingredients in layers as listed.

Make dressing for top layer as follows: 1 c. sour cream 2 c. mayonnaise

Spread over salad, refrigerate overnight.
