SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce
Spinach leaves
1/2 c. celery
1 pkg. frozen peas
Onion
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. shredded cheese
1 med. cucumber, sliced
2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix

Rinse peas and drain. Place vegetables in large glass serving bowl, making seven layers. Top with eggs, bacon and cheese. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Ranch dressing. Pour over salad, spreading dressing to edges of bowl to seal. Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
