SEVEN LAYER SALAD | |
1 head lettuce, washed 2 bunches green onions, chopped 3/4 lb. bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled 1 bunch fresh spinach, washed 10 oz. frozen green peas, thawed 1 pkg. original flavor HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 8 hard cooked eggs, sliced Tear lettuce and spinach into bite sized pieces and place in bottom of a large sealable container. Layer green onions, green peas, bacon and 8 eggs over green mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; spread dressing over salad and seal tightly. Refrigerate overnight. Toss well before serving. Yields 20 servings. |
