ANISETTE COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. anise flavoring
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. cherries

Mix all ingredients together in order shown. Transfer to Bundt cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
