1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling (cherry, apple or peach)

Beat eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar. Add flour and baking powder. Beat well. Pour 1/2 the batter in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Put pie filling on top. Cover with remaining batter. If using apple filling, sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon. Bake in 325 degree oven for 50 minutes.
