CALL IT CHILI, GOULASH OR SOUP 
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans red kidney beans
1 med. onion
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground meat (lean)

Fry brown ground meat. Saute onion in meat. Add stewed tomatoes and kidney beans. Enough water to rinse out all the cans. Simmer.

Serve with French bread or corn bread. If a spicier taste is desired add 1 can of Staggs meatless canned chili.
