APPLE RAISIN OAT CRISP 
4 lg. tart green apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. oat bran
1/4 c. quick oats
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. lemon rind
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Peel, halve and core apples. Cut in 1/2" chunks. Combine apples, raisins and lemon juice in 8"x8" glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with your fingers until crumbly. Distribute evenly over apple mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until apples are tender. Serves 9.
