CHERRY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines deluxe devils food cake mix
3 eggs
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees in greased sheet cake pan. Let cool and spread on icing.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. sweet milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips (1 c.)

Combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to boiling slowly, until sugar is dissolved (stirring). Let mixture come to a rolling boil (stirring) and let boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add chocolate chips. Stir until icing is smooth. Spread on cold cake.
