BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. toasted almonds (opt.)
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. pimento
3/4 c. grated cheese
Crushed potato chips

Combine first 9 ingredients. Put in buttered long casserole dish. Top with cheese and crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
