TATER CHICKEN 
1 stick butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. instant mashed potato flakes
6 drumsticks or thighs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

In 13 x 9 inch pan or baking dish, melt butter. In small bowl, beat egg and water. Place your potato flakes in bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then cover with potato flakes. Place in single layer in pan after rolling the chicken in the melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
