PASTA SALAD 
4 oz. uncooked pasta, spirals, rigatoni, etc.
3 c. chopped fresh vegetables
1/4 c. chopped green or ripe olives
1/2 c. olive or corn oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Cook pasta; drain and rinse. Add vegetables. Mix oil, lemon juice and seasonings. Marinate vegetables and pasta. Chill.
