SHRIMP AND PASTA DELIGHT 
1 lb. pkg. Prince rotini, uncooked
1 lb. ready to eat frozen shrimp
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1 c. Cain's cholesterol free reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/2 c. Cain's light hearted bell pepper
Italian salad dressing
3 tbsp. skim milk
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. torn lettuce

Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain. Thaw shrimp and drain. In large bowl, combine rotini, shrimp, peas, tomato, celery, and green onions.

In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise, Italian dressing, milk, horseradish, and seasoned salt. Add to salad mixture; toss to coat. Cover; chill thoroughly. Add lettuce before serving; toss gently. 6-8 servings.
