COOL, QUICK PASTA DELIGHT 
2 c. rotini (uncooked) pasta
1 whole skinless chicken breast
3 eggs, hard boiled, peeled
3 or 4 heaping tablespoons Miracle Whip lite dressing
1/2 med. sized tomatoes or 4 or 5 cherry tomatoes
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pinch garlic powder
3 sweet pickle slices (ex bread and butter)

Cook pasta just until firm, rinse thoroughly with cold water while tossing and drain well. To pasta, add chicken cut into cubes. Julienne eggs (removing yolks first for lower cholesterol diets), add to pasta. Cube tomatoes and add.

In separate dish, mix salad dressing and spices. Add pickles (you may substitute 1/2 cup pistachios or walnuts unsalted or rinsed) cut into tiny pieces. Mix well. Add salad dressing mix to pasta mixture, lifting entire mixture gently until pasta is well coated. Cover and refrigerate. Keep well chilled until ready to serve.

Serving: On lettuce leaf, spoon mixture. Grate some raw carrot on top. Serve with celery sticks, crackers and cheese on the side.
