SKILLET PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter

In electric skillet, combine sugar, butter and milk. Set heat control to 280 degrees. Bring to boil, boil 9 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir until well blended and pour in 8-inch square buttered pan. 2 pounds.
