TURKEY POT PIE 
2 1/2 to 3 c. turkey, cubed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 to 2 c. frozen vegetables, mixed
1 1/2 c. broth

BATTER:

1 stick butter, softened
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Put turkey in ungreased 2-quart casserole. (Mix soup and broth and heat.) Alternate turkey and frozen vegetables, pour in heated soup mixture over top. Mix batter ingredients and spread over mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes until batter is browned.
