2 c. sugar
3 c. plain cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. chopped apples
4 c. chopped nuts

Place all ingredients except apples and nuts in large mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until well blended. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into greased 9x13x2 baking pan and spread evenly. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
