1 dark chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all together and pat in 13 x 9 inch pan which has been sprayed with Pam. 2 eggs 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and spread over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
