UGLY DUCKLING CAKE 
1 box of 2 layer yellow cake mix, without pudding
1 (4 serving size) box instant lemon pudding
1 (16-17 oz. can fruit cocktail, with syrup
1 c. coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil

Blend these ingredients together in large mixing bowl and beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with the following mixture: 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes and spoon hot Butter Glaze over warm cake.

BUTTER GLAZE:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/3 c. coconut

Combine butter, sugar, milk in saucepan and boil for 2 minutes. Stir in coconut and spoon over warm cake.
