1 box white cake mix
1 (15 oz.) can fruit cocktail, undrained
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. brown sugar

Beat cake mix, fruit cocktail and eggs for 2 minutes. Add coconut; pour into a 9x15 inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar, milk, and butter in pan and boil for 2 minutes. Add coconut and nuts and spoon on warm cake. A quick "company's coming" cake.
