UGLY DUCKLING CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
2 1/2 c. coconut
2 lg. eggs, beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Combine cake mix, fruit cocktail, 1 cup coconut, and eggs. Blend together. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into a lightly greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

ICING: Combine butter, sugar and milk, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add remaining 1 1/2 cup coconut and pour over the cake.
